This is an interesting premise and tale of hate, life, and redemption. In regards to the translation from Spanish to English, the word "anciano" should be translated as "old man" or "elderly man" like you wrote in the following paragraph:
“Of course, an old man who lives in the forest has the last name Hollister. He is very kind, but he is very sick, and I bring him food every night. If you like, I can take you.”
I enjoyed this imaginative tale. Well done!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your valuable comment. I'm glad you liked the story. I enjoyed writing it and thank you for the observation. The translator really limits us a lot. We have to learn advanced English. Haha.
A hug!
Excellent day.
Translation is a lot of work, so I'm really happy that you write in both languages. This was an imaginative tale with a slight touch of magical realism. Keep it up!
