RE: My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2025 | Everywhere is a playground! Excellent help from the in-laws to take some time off for yourself. I tend to almost always hit 10K, but if I put the actifit tracker on it, I'd probably blow up the counter! haha.

RE: My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2025 | Make the most out of everything! The important thing is to keep moving as long as possible. Sometimes I take the opportunity to walk around a bit while I'm waiting for my son to get out of school, for example.
