Make sure you do your warmups but also some exercises for after the gym. Stretches and general things. It's so easy to forget when you're starting out, but some light exercises before and after really helps ease the muscles in and out of a workout, the latter part super useful in reducing some of that muscle ache that comes a few days later. Though with time you also improve and deal with that a bit easier also.

This is the first time I've heard about post-workout exercises. I'm going to share this with my friend, man. Maybe they'll help us a lot to reduce the pain like you said. And to feel the training better, I need that too ^^
