I remember first time watching Slam Dunk on local tv in indonesia when I was 7 y.o and I really like to see the guy with the red hair, this anime worth to get remake with high quality studio production. Thank you for sharing one of my early known anime :) it feels nostalgic.

Yes, I also saw it on a TV channel in my country with an open signal, Televen, that channel showed most of the anime, that's how I got to love this anime. Yes, it is a classic, but what and how because of its genre, perhaps many do not know.
